We are licensed in New York City, Westchester, Rockland, and Orange counties as well as in New Jersey. With a background in both residential and commercial work, our quality workmanship is delivered by highly skilled employees who bring many years of valuable experience to the company. We are Lead-Safe certified by the EPA
If you are considering a remodeling project it is important to recognize that the building to be renovated may contain lead-based paint. This is particularly true of older buildings. As a result it is crucial to know that your contractor has the necessary training and expertise to safely handle the removal of existing lead paint.
Kelleher Construction is Lead-Safe certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) so you can rest assured that the company’s personnel have the training and skills to safely remove all lead-based paint.
